All of the websites have a clear artist/brand focus and attempt to promote them with links to other social media websites such as Facebook and Twitter as well as streaming services such as Spotify, YouTube and Soundcloud. 

All of the websites have a similar feel to them and focus on the promotion of their music. The dance music artists website also usually feature a summer look and connote tropical islands, as shown on the Sigala website.

    Look closely at the connotations and how groups are represented in these videos. Discussing them using textual analysis skills, including the use of moving image terms, will help you articulate what has inspired you and how you intend to use some of these genre conventions in your own video and website product.
